Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email and provide any further information required regarding the return and refund process.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process your withdrawal request. If your order has already been picked, packed, or dispatched, you can still submit a withdrawal request and return the items once they have been delivered.
